Parham Zar is the founder and managing director of the Egg Donor & Surrogacy Institute (EDSI). During his tenure at EDSI, Parham has helped thousands of intended parents bring their dream of parenthood to fruition. He is deeply invested in creating a more compassionate and open dialogue around infertility and reproductive challenges; issues that affect an estimated 15 percent of couples globally. As a leading expert within the third-party assisted reproduction industry, Parham has served as a vital resource to New York legislators tasked with writing state surrogacy laws, and is the author of the upcoming book, “Should I Get a Surrogate: Answering the Questions You Have, and Some You Didn’t Know to Ask”.
Dr. Said Daneshmand is an internationally recognized fertility specialist with extensive experience in providing third-party reproductive services. Dr. Daneshmand completed his fellowship and residency at UCLA, and is specialty board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology. He is highly regarded for his expertise in egg donation and surrogacy, and is one of the main providers of third-party care in the United States, with patients traveling from more than 40 countries in 2018 alone. Dr. Daneshmand has presented his research all over the world, including many presentations to leading IVF experts in China. He is known for developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies, including NGS (next generation sequencing), the latest and most precise technique for assessing embryonic genetic health. Among his achievements, Dr. Daneshmand is the recipient of numerous awards including the Eileen Pike Medical School Valedictorian Award and the PCRS Fellowship and Practicing Physician Research Award. He has served as the President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society (Iota Chapter) and is a member of the Decherney Society, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
